Weaveman specializes in premium menswear. We have made every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's screen display of any color will be 100% accurate.

1. Pricing & Modifications

* Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

* We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

* All prices listed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

1. Payment Terms

We offer completely secure payment options. Customers can choose to pay via Cash on Delivery (COD) or through our secure Mobile Financial Services payment gateway (such as bKash, Nagad, etc.). For advance payments, the transaction is subject to the terms of the respective payment gateway provider.

1. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

3.Delivery And return policy 

Shipping & Delivery

At Weaveman, we strive to deliver your premium menswear as quickly and safely as possible. We process and dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of confirmation.

Delivery Timeline & Charges:

* Inside Dhaka: 1 to 3 Business Days (Charge: BDT 70)

* Outside Dhaka: 3 to 5 Business Days (Charge: BDT 130)

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation SMS/Email containing the courier tracking details. (Note: Delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances).

7-Day Exchange & Return

We want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase regarding size, fit, or quality, Weaveman offers a hassle-free 7-day exchange or return policy.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

* The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws.

* The product must include the original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

* Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

How to Exchange/Return:

1. Contact Us: Inbox us on our Facebook/WhatsApp or email us at support@weavemanbd.com with your Order ID and the reason for the exchange/return.

2. Send it Back: Once approved, you can send the product back to us via any standard courier service to our official address.

3. Processing: After we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch your requested exchange item or process your refund within 3-5 business days.

(Important Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable. If the mistake is from our end, Weaveman will bear the return shipping cost. If the customer simply wishes to change the size or product, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.)
