1. How can I place an order? Placing an order is very easy! Simply select your desired product, choose the correct size, click on "Add to Cart," and proceed to "Checkout." You can also order directly by messaging our Facebook page or WhatsApp.

2. What are your delivery charges and time?

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery charge is BDT 70, and it takes 1 to 3 business days.

• Outside Dhaka: Delivery charge is BDT 130, and it takes 3 to 5 business days.

3. Do you have any return or exchange policy? Yes, we offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange or return policy. If there is any issue with the size or quality, please keep the product unused with tags intact and contact our support team.

4. Are your fabrics color-guaranteed? Absolutely! We use premium imported fabrics that are lab-tested for 100% color fastness, zero shrinkage, and anti-pilling.

5. Do you have a physical showroom? Currently, Weaveman is an exclusive online brand. We do not have a physical showroom for walk-in shopping yet, but we deliver everywhere in Bangladesh directly from our corporate office.

6. What payment methods do you accept? Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Bangladesh. You can pay the delivery person directly when you receive your parcel in hand.
